Ingredients
- 250 gr flour (white)
- 240 gr chocolate chips
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 190 gr shortening
- 60 ml water
- 9 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
Beat shortening for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar & continue to beat till well blended. Add vanilla & mix well. Mix in the baking powder, salt & the flour. Beat thoroughly. Add the water, followed by the chocolate chips. Using a teaspoon, mould a teaspoonful of dough & place carefully on a cookie sheet. Bake at 180ÂșC for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Makes about 54 cookies.
