- 2 eggs
- 280 gr flour
- 230 gr chocolate chips
- 230 gr butter
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 140 gr nuts
- 50 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 package instant pudding
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, about 5 cm apart. Bake ar 190ÂșC or 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 7 dozen.
