Ingredients
- 4 squares bakers semisweet chocolate broken (into pieces)
- 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 1/4 pecan (halves)
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 130 gr bakers german sweet chocolate
- 28 gr butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3/8 packages sugar
Microwave chocolate and margarine in microwave bowl on high 1-2 minutes or until margarine is melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar, syrup, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 180ºC or 50 minutes or until filling is firm 5 cm from�20 the edge. Cool on a wire rack.
