Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 400 gr sugar
- 325 gr flour
- 260 gr zucchini
- 180 ml oil
- 45 gr unsweetened cocoa
- 12 gr baking powder
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking soda
Beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together. Mix dry ingredients. Add alternately to zucchini mix with milk. Butter 25 cm Bundt pan. Shake bread crumbs over butter. Pour out excess. Bake at 180ÂșC for 50 60 minutes. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan. ----
