Ingredients

Cream together fructose and margarine. Add vanilla, milk, and eggs; mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon int o greased and floured 20 cm or 23 cm cake pan. Bake at 180ºC or 40-45 minutes or unti l toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 1 serving = 213 calories or 2.25 Bread + -20ºC at exchange. ( 0.083333333333333 cake) Frost with Fudgy Fructose Frosting.
