Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- 60 ml picante sauce
- 40 gr onion
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly; chill overnight. Makes about 2.5 cups. (This is a really nice change for those who don't like the mushiness of other guacamole recipes.)
