Ingredients
- 20 crackers
- 1 frosting mix
- 190 gr dry curd cottage cheese
- 160 gr fine graham cracker crumbs
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 75 gr butter melted
- 75 gr brown sugar packed
- 14 gr vanilla
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Blend crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar. Add butter and mix well. Press crumb mi xture evenly over bottom and sides of 20 cm square pan.
FILLING: Heat oven to 350. Soften cream cheese. Press cottage cheese and salt through si eve into large mixer bowl containing cream cheese; set aside. Beat frosting mix as directed on package. Mix cheese; gradually beat in prepared frosting and fl avoring. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 min. Cool; then refrigerate. Top each serving with fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed. 9-12 servings.
