Ingredients
- 1 flat peasant bread
- 1/2 tomato (diced)
- 30 gr chunky blue-cheese dressing
- 4 slices onion (thin red)
- 2 slices slab bacon (thick)
- 1/2 slices avocado thinly (sliced)
Layer ingredients in the middle of bread or tortilla. Roll tightly and slice on bias. Makes on large sandwich.
