Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lard
- 400 gr sugar
- 240 ml milk
- 14 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
Mix as thin as can be handled.
Note: Add only enough flour to allow you to work with the dough. Lessflour, sticky dough, should be fine for drop cookies, more flour, heavierrollable dough more suited for cut cookies. Bake in moderate 180ÂșC . oventill done.
