Ingredients
- 300 gr cornflakes
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 5 gr baking soda
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 4 gr vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, soda, cream of tartar, and flour; blendin g well. Fold in Cornflakes and nuts. Batter will be thick and crumbly. Drop by small sponfuls on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 180ÂșC or 12-15 minutes or unti l light brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately, as they will stick to it when cool.
