Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1,400 ml broiler
- 475 ml cranberry sauce (whole)
- 120 ml orange juice
- 65 gr seasoned flour
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml corn oil
Shake chicken pieces in a bag with seasoned flour. Heat oil in skillet, saute chicken turning once to browwn. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
