Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 375 gr all purpose flour
- 220 gr packed brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 110 gr butter
- 60 ml milk
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr baking soda
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg, milk and lemon juice; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoon 5 cm apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC or 13-15 minutes or until
