Ingredients
- 475 ml cranberry juice cocktail
- 100 gr sugar
- 5 gr cornstarch
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir well. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Cover and chill thoroughly. Di Pahl's personal recipes-1994
