Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 130 gr vegetable shortening
- 130 gr flour
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr apple pie spice
- 1 package apple pie filling
In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, water, shortening and egg. Blend well at lowest speed; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in 9 or 25 cm deep dish pie pan. Carefully spoon filling into center of batter. DO NOT STIR . Bake at 220ÂșC or 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
