Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 120 ml orange juice
- 6 gr orange rind (grated)
crust. (I use store bought) Bake in a PREHEATED 325 oven for 35 minutes (like a typical cheesecake, check with a knife or toothpick) Mix 3 oz of softened cream cheese, one third cup of powdered sugar, quarter cup of sour cream, quarter tsp vanilla extract together until smooth. When pie is done, remove from oven and top the pie with the other mixture. Return the pie to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Cool. Serve chilled.
