Ingredients
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 50 gr coarsely cucumber (grated peeled)
- 10 ml squeezed lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 gr lemon peel (fresh grated)
- 1 gr dill weed (dried)
- some salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or sald dressing, cucmber, lemon peel, lemon juice and dill weed. Seson to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over broiled, poached or fried fish.
