Ingredients
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1/4 tamari
- 800 gr beans
- 750 ml spaghetti sauce
- 30 ml olive oil
- 26 gr chili powder
- 12 gr cumin
- 4 gr cayenne
- 2 gr basil
- 2 gr thyme
stir into spices for a few minutes. Add spaghetti sauce, stir, lower heat to simmer, and cook 30 minutes.
