Ingredients
- 3 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 280 gr french green beans (frozen cut)
- 260 gr kielbasa sausage (sliced)
- 230 gr beef (lean ground)
- 200 gr pasta of your choice
- 120 ml wine (red)
- 38 gr parmesan (freshly grated)
- 2 gr oregano (crushed)
- 1 gr basil (crushed)
- 1 gr thyme (crushed)
- 1 gr pepper
In a medium skillet, saute ground beef. When browned, transfer to crockpot. Add all other ingredients except pasta and parmesan Simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Cook pasta according to directions. Ladle crocked Kielbasa over pasta in large bowls. Pass the Parmesan cheese to garnish..
