Ingredients
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 ham hock
- 1 onion
- 450 gr kidney beans (red)
- 300 gr tomato
- 180 gr rice (white)
- 2 gr thyme
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr garlic powder
Put the everything in the crockpot at the same time, except for the rice. Turn on high for 4 hours, then on low for 6 hours. During the last 1.5 hours, put in the rice. The final ingredient is about half cup of white wine. You can add this whenever. It is optional, of course. If you like it spicy add 0.125 tsp red pepper.
