- 1 green onion
- 450 gr hash brown potatoes (frozen)
- 60 gr cottage cheese
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr seasoned pepper
- 6 slices turkey bacon (sliced)
Heat oven to 180ºC . Crease a 23 cm pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except paprika and bacon. Mix well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon, bake an additional 5 minutes.
