Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 325 ml mayonnaise
- 26 gr sugar
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml worcestershire sauce
- 5 ml lemon juice
Grate cucumber and onion; then drain well. Pat dry with paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Add cucumber and onion, stirring well. Yield: about 2- two third cups
