- 1 granny smith apple
- 200 gr celery with leaves (diced)
- 60 ml water
- 16 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr curry powder
Boston Lettuce Leaves Core, Halve & Cut Each Apple Into 24 Slices. Do Not Peel. Combine Apples & half C. Lemon Juice in A Bowl; Toss Well. Cover & Chill. Combine Remaining Lemon Juice, Celery, Walnuts, Salt, Pepper, Curry Powder, Water & Oil in A Bowl; Stir Well. Cover & Chill.
