Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 recipe by the toronto star
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 240 gr strong black coffee (hot)
- 220 gr packed brown sugar (light)
- 220 gr all purpose flour
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 65 gr unsweetened dark cocoa
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 9 gr vanilla
- 7 gr baking powder
- 7 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Whisk in hot coffee. (Batter will be quite thin.) Pour batter into greased, floured 12-cup bundt pan. Bake in preheated 180ÂșC oven 60 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool. ----
