Ingredients
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 4 heads dill
- 475 ml vinegar
- 475 ml water
- 34 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper (red)
Pack whole cleaned beans in hot sterilized jars. To each jar, add quarter teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head dill. Heat water, salt, and vinegar to boil. Pour over beans. Seal at once. Makes 4 pints.
