Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr chocolate chips
- 300 gr sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 230 gr margarine
- 65 gr nuts
- 55 gr cocoa
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4.5 doz. cookies. ----
