Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 525 gr chicken breast split
- 75 gr margarine
- 55 gr dry bread crumbs
- 40 gr flour
- 30 ml water
- 28 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Flatten chicken to 0 cm thickness. Combine flour and seasonings; coat chicken. Dip in combined egg and water, coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Chill at least 30 minutes. Fry in margarine 6 minutes or until done, turning once. Serve with lemon.
