- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 phase recipe
- 2 loaves
- 1 loaf bread
- 1/2 dough brush with garlic mixture
- 270 gr chicken cutlets
- 240 ml milk
- 240 ml olive oil
- 130 gr flour
- 110 gr seasoned bread crumbs
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 gr margarine
- 17 slices rectangle
the diagonal so that dough appears to be diamond-shaped. Lay half of the cutlets across the long end of the dough, cover with slices of mozzarella cheese. Bring the two short ends over the top of the cutlets to seal; brush top of dough with garlic mixture. 4. Bake at 180ÂșC or about 30 minutes, or until bread is golden brown.
