Ingredients
- 6 potatoes unpeeled
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 55 gr butter
- 30 gr green onions (chopped)
- 14 gr onion soup mix (envelope)
Place potatoes in a lightly greased dozen x 8 x 5 cm baking dish; dot with butter and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200ÂșC or 30 minutes.
