Ingredients
- 425 gr stove top chicken stuffing mix
- 425 gr chicken (cooked)
- 300 ml water (hot)
- 290 gr mixed vegetables (frozen thawed)
- 240 ml milk
- 40 gr margarine
- 40 gr mushrooms (drained)
- 1 gr thyme leaves (dried)
- 1 package cream of chicken soup
heat Oven to 180ºC mix water and margarine in large bowl until margarine is melted. Stir in stuffing mix just until moist; set aside. Mix soup and milk in another large bowl until smooth. Stir in chicken, vegetables. mushrooms and thyme. Pour into 12X8 glass baking dish. Spoon stuffing evenly over top. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through.
