Ingredients
- 2 bisquick baking mix
- 160 ml milk
- 55 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 55 gr butter melted
- 1 gr garlic powder
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 strokes. Drop dough by 10 to dozen spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder; brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. 10 to dozen biscuits.
