Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 475 gr quick-cooking oats
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 200 gr sugar (white)
- 190 gr shortening
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Mix, using usual method for cookies (cream shortening and sugars, and eggs, mix, add dry ing.) Place on ungreased sheets, bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes. Here is my favorite recipe for chewy oatmeal cookies: Betsy Rodgers ----
