Ingredients
- 2 mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 pancakes
- 3/4 bran
- 1/2 milk
- 500 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 240 ml milk
- 120 gr powdered milk
- 65 gr millet flour see note
- 65 gr rice flour see note
- 30 ml honey
- 28 gr baking powder
- 30 ml oil
- 8 gr sea salt
For the mix: Stir the ingredients together. Store, tightly sealed, in the frig. Note: Grind millet or rice in blender to make flour.
For a batch of pancakes or waffles: Stir all together until well mixed and smooth. Make the pancakes small, about 8 cm in diameter, as they can be turned more easily.
