Ingredients
- 700 gr stew beef
- 9 gr tapioca
- 6 slices carrots (sliced)
- 3 slices stalks of celery (sliced)
- 1 slice onion (sliced)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 package mushroom soup
- 1 package water
Grease casserole and put in diced beef, add rest of ingredients in order given. Cover and bake in 120ºC oven for 4 hours. Very good. Recipe from N.B. Women's institute Cook Book.
