• 1,900 ml rich beef stock
• 1,600 gr beef chuck
• 475 ml burgundy wine
• 425 gr potatoes (new red cut into)

Four Hour Stew

• 700 gr stew beef
• 9 gr tapioca
• 6 slices carrots (sliced)
• 3 slices stalks of celery (sliced)
• 1 slice onion (sliced)
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 1 package mushroom soup
• 1 package water

Miracle Soup

• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 1/2 cabbage
• 700 ml water
• 525 gr tomatoes

Tomato Cheese Soup

• 2 undrained
• 2 stalks of celery (diced)
• 2 of garlic (cloves)
• 1 cooking onion (diced)
• 1 parsley for (garnish)
• 1/2 sweet pepper (red diced)
• 1,900 ml beef stock
• 80 gr mushrooms
• 85 ml cream cheese
• 18 gr butter

Cocka-leeke Soup

• 6 leeks washed
• 1 egg yolk
• 1,900 ml chicken broth
• 280 gr chicken breast (cooked)
• 55 gr butter
• 3 gr salt
• 3 gr pepper
• 4 slices stalks of celery (sliced)
• 2 slices carrots (cleaned)
