Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 green pepper
- 500 gr pineapple (chopped fresh)
- 55 gr crumbled blue cheese
- 45 ml wine vinegar (white)
- 45 ml unsweetened pineapple juice
- 16 ml honey
- 5 ml oil
gently. Combine vinegar, and the next 3 ingredients and stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over pineapple mixture and toss. Cover and chill 1 hour. Top with blue cheese just before serving.
