- 425 ml water (hot)
- 130 gr flour
- 120 ml soy milk
- 9 gr baking powder
- 4 gr vanilla extract
c Unsweetened cocoa ts Salt c Unsweetened applesauce c Brown sugar Preheat oven to 180ºC . Spritz 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, & quarter cup cocoa. Blend in apple sauce, vanilla, and milk. Spoon batter into pan. Combine brown sugar, quarter cup cocoa, and hot water. Stir to blend. Pour over batter in pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove and cool in pan.
