- 2 eggs
- 2 candied fruitcake mixture
- 170 gr semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 160 gr all purpose flour
- 120 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 110 gr butter
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 gr almond extract
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package sweetened condensed milk
* (available in supermarkets in produce sections usually) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 33 cm baking pan. In large saucepan melt together butter and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add condensed milk and almond extract. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mixwell. Stir in candied fruit and walnuts. Spread in baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
