- 95 gr soya flour
- 90 gr margarine
- 85 gr brown sugar
- 80 gr chocolate chips semisweet
- 75 gr sugar (white)
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 32 gr potato starch flour
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
This is a special recipe made without gluten. Sift dry ingredients. Beat sugars and margarine. Add egg and beat again. Add vanilla and stir. Add dry ingredients. Add chips and nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 190ºC for 10 to dozen minutes. 1 cookie -20ºC ruit/vegetable choice, -20ºC at
