Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 chunks
- 950 ml water
- 500 gr carrots
- 180 gr onion (chopped)
- 20 ml lemon juice nonfat yogurt to spoon on top (fresh)
- 10 gr ginger (freshly grated)
- 4 gr salt
- 1 gr cumin
3. Use food processor or blender to puree everything together. Transfer puree to a kettle and heat gently just before serving. Serve with a spoonful of yogurt on top if desired.
