Ingredients
- 1 dry italian salad dressing mix (envelope)
- 1,000 gr ribs
- 120 ml ketchup
- 120 ml water
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 60 ml vinegar
- 7 gr ginger
- 3 gr celery salt
Combine brown sugar, salad dressing mix, celery salt, ginger, ketchup, vinegar and water. Place ribs in a Dutch oven and bake at 180ÂșC or 2 hours. Baste ribs with sauce every 30 minutes.
