- 450 gr cans of potatoes in syrup (cut light)
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml honey
- 55 gr brown sugar
- 30 gr walnuts
- 28 gr butter
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 4 gr orange rind
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 3 packages sweet potatoes
walnuts, cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from regrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Southern Living: Home for the Holidays 1993 ----
