Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 450 ml apple sauce
- 400 gr sugar
- 325 gr flour
- 150 gr dates
- 120 ml grape juice
- 65 gr pecans
- 7 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 2 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
Powdered sugar In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, powder, and spices. Slowly add dry ingredients to apple sauce, juice butter and eggs. Mix well between each ingredient. In mixer blend on low speed half minute. Scrape bowl constantly. Stop mixer and stir in dates and nuts. Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan, bake 60 minutes at 180ÂșC Cook on rack, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ----
