Ingredients
- 525 gr pork butt (boneless)
- 30 gr ginger (minced)
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml pineapple juice
- 8 gr garlic (minced)
- 16 ml rice wine vinegar
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr ancho chile powder
- 3/4 slices sweet onions in (red cut)
- 1/2 slices marinade
Mix all marinade ingredients well.
Cut the pork butt into 3 cm cubes and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Remove the meat from the marinade. Discard the remaining marinade. Thread the pork, red pepper and onion on skewers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
