- 270 gr chicken breast (boneless)
- 120 gr unsweetened grape (white)
- 60 ml sodium soy sauce (reduced)
- 60 ml dry wine (white)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 8 gr sesame seeds
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
-halves, skinned Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the chicken, turning to coat; marinate, covered, in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare the grill. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill 4 to 13 cm from medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade, about 15 minutes total.
