Ingredients
- 3 beets
- 1 1/2 beet liquid
- 65 gr sugar
- 30 ml vinegar
- 24 gr cornstarch
- 22 gr butter
- 2 gr salt
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt; blend in beet liquid, vinegar, and butter. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add beets. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat.
