Ingredients
- 1 filling
- 1 gelatin (envelope unflavored)
- 400 gr chocolate wafer crumbs
- 700 ml cream cheese softened
- 240 ml whipping cream whipped
- 150 gr sugar
- 120 ml orange juice
- 34 gr butter melted (unsalted)
- 4 gr orange peel (grated)
Combine crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of 23 cm springform pan and bake at 180ºC or 10 minutes.
Cool Soften gelatin in juice; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream and peel. Chill until firm Recipe By :
