Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 herman sourdough starter
- 400 gr sugar
- 190 gr flour
- 180 gr semisweet chocolate (pieces)
- 170 gr butter room temperature
- 65 gr nuts (chopped)
- 45 gr cocoa
- 14 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine starter and vanilla; add alternately with dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Spread in greased 11.5 x 7.5 x 4 cm pan. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts on top. Bake in preheated 180ÂșC oven 30 min.
