Ingredients
- 180 ml safflower oil
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml honey
- 16 ml dijon-style mustard
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
-(or other vegetable oil) IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing. Makes 1.5 Cups
