Ingredients
- 3/4 c safflower oil
- 3 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb honey
- 1 tb dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts pepper (freshly ground)
-(or other vegetable oil) IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing. Makes 1 1/2 Cups
