- 1 garlic
- 1 reserve stems for another use
- 170 gr broccoli
- 160 gr tomatoes
- 100 gr black olives
- 80 ml olive oil
- 40 gr mushrooms
- 16 ml vinegar
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr parsley
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 3 or more hours until ready to serve.
